The judging panel for Experimentation Elite comprises some of Europe’s best known thinkers, authors and public speakers on topics related to optimisation, experimentation, UX, statistics and web analytics. With a global client base and a combined CRO experience heading towards a century, our judges are uniquely positioned to assess the best-of-the-best in experimentation.

[ Joe Doveton ]
Joe's digital experience stretches back to the days of dial up speeds, Alta Vista and fat monitors. A consultant and business owner at Binary Bear Limited, Joe is a respected speaker and commentator on the world of Conversion Rate Optimisation and the co-founder of the Experimentation Awards. Joe's CRO projects include work for brands like Manchester United, Dell Computer, Open University, Harvester, Nissan, Ramblers Association and the National Grid. Joe has spoken at events such as Brighton SEO, eMetrics (Milan), 3XE (Dublin), In Orbit (Slovenia) and Measurefest.

[ Tim Stewart ]
Tim Stewart is the founder of trsdigital a small but perfectly formed data consultancy. trsdigital investigate issues, identify opportunities and help clients achieve their objectives. trsdigital is mostly the work of the owner and director, Tim Stewart, but also work from a select group of specialist contractors and partner agencies, depending on what is needed to resolve a particular client’s challenges. Using a mixture of Experimentation, Data, User Research, Design Thinking, Lean, Agile and Cultural Change, he’s gained them over £5Bn in incremental revenue.

Arnout is a Freelance Conversion and Analytics consultant: Onlinemarkethink. [ Dinah Alam ]
Dinah is an optimisation & UX expert with a background in managing digital products and a keen interest in growing vegetables. She heads up all things relating to CRO and user research at Fresh Egg digital marketing agency, where she leads a high performing team in delivering insights, optimisation strategies and growth through experimentation for well-known UK brands spanning multiple industry sectors including retail, financial services, travel, charities, and education.

[ Georgi Georgiev ]
Georgi Georgiev is a managing owner of digital consultancy agency Web Focus. He has 17 years of experience with online marketing, data analysis & website measurement, statistics and design of business experiments. Over the years he had owned and operated over a dozen websites and consulted hundreds of clients. He is also the creator of Analytics-toolkit.com, used by hundreds of web analytics and CRO experts. Georgi is the author of the book "Statistical Methods in Online A/B Testing" as well as several white papers on statistical analysis of A/B tests. He’s been a lecturer on dozens of conferences and seminars, including as Google Regional Trainer for Bulgaria and the region, and has authored the online course "Statistics for A/B testing" at CXL Institute

[ Iqbal Ali ]
Iqbal has had a varied career that has spanned over two decades. He's worn multiple hats, working as a UX designer, researcher, developer, teacher, and also as an experimentation developer. Notably, he served as the Head of Experimentation at Trainline, where he successfully introduced and scaled an experimentation program across 10+ teams. Today, he works as an Experimentation Consultant and Coach (sort of a "Co-pilot" for experimentation teams). He's author of the "CRO Tales" comic-series and co-host of both the Conversion World Roundtable and the related Treachery of Data podcast. In his spare time he writes and self-publishes comic books and graphic novels, alongside his work developing AI applications to automate much of his daily processes.
